Overview
This page covers two related things: how Museum Park Capital LLC (“MPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information submitted through this website, and the formal Privacy Statement MPC maintains for advisory clients under 14 Ill. Admin. Code § 130.849, Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and 16 C.F.R. Part 313.
Website information
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and do not sell it. This website does not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently run analytics tracking on this site.
Information we collect from clients
In the course of providing investment advisory services, we may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information you provide through questionnaires, agreements, communications, or other forms, such as your name, address, contact information, date of birth, Social Security or tax identification number, income, net worth, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances;
- Information about your advisory relationship and transactions with us, our affiliates, custodians, or others, such as your account holdings, balances, transaction history, instructions, and communications; and
- Information we receive from your qualified custodian, broker-dealer, professional advisor, or another person in connection with establishing, administering, or servicing your advisory relationship.
How we disclose information
We do not sell nonpublic personal information, and we do not disclose it to any affiliate for marketing purposes. We disclose information about current or former clients only as described in this policy, as directed or authorized by the client, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Depending on the services provided, information may be disclosed to:
- Your qualified custodian and any broker-dealer used to execute transactions for your account;
- Service providers that perform administrative, technology, reporting, record-storage, professional, or support functions for MPC, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions;
- Regulators, governmental authorities, courts, or other persons when disclosure is required or permitted by law, regulation, examination, subpoena, or other legal process; and
- Your attorney, accountant, or other professional advisor, at your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Opt-out rights
MPC currently limits disclosures to those directed or authorized by the client, or otherwise permitted by law, including disclosures needed to process, administer, or service the advisory relationship. Accordingly, MPC does not currently provide an opt-out election. If MPC changes its practices in a way that requires an opt-out right, MPC will provide an appropriate notice and a reasonable opportunity to opt out before making the affected disclosure.
Confidentiality and security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to Yousef Salama, MPC’s sole Supervised Person, and service providers or other persons who require the information for a permitted business or legal purpose. MPC maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards appropriate to its size and operations, including controlled access, secure storage and communication methods, device and account protections, and reasonable measures for preserving and recovering required records.
Former clients
When an advisory relationship ends, MPC continues to protect the former client’s nonpublic personal information under the standards described in this policy, and discloses it only as described above or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Changes to this policy
MPC may update this policy when its practices or applicable requirements change. MPC will provide a revised notice before making a disclosure that requires advance notice or consent, and will provide any other notice required by law.
